Ruishton Church
From Taunton down to Ruishton
Along the River Tone
A tiny church at journey's end
Where one can sit alone
In peaceful calm to contemplate
The weight of centuries past
Within the walls by faith strong built
So words of God can last
All around the names of those
Who came to kneel and pray
Families and manor lords
Remembered to this day
